Returns & Refunds – 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of receipt

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging

  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required before returning any item

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility.

  • A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photos or videos of the item in original packaging are required

  • Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you
